STERNJAGER is located near Ozawkie, Kansas along the north western shore of Perry Lake.   This area is a versatile dog’s paradise.  Quail, prairie chicken and pheasant are all common in the tall grass and hedge rows.  The numerous marshes around the lake offer excellent opportunities for Central Flyway ducks and geese.  All this combines to provide the ultimate proving grounds for our breeding program. 

NAVHDA members and shorthair enthusiasts are always welcome to visit and train with us...or join us for a hunt during the season— please call first to make sure we’re in.
